Build a stronger core
Control, breathing and steady practice—not one magic exercise.

The guide, in text
Front plank
Brace gently and keep your body aligned. Use knees or an elevated surface to make it easier. Breathe throughout.
Side plank
Support through the forearm. Keep the shoulder comfortable and hips aligned. Begin with bent knees if needed.
Bird dog
From hands and knees, reach an opposite arm and leg. Keep the trunk steady; move without twisting.
Dead bug
Lie on your back and move opposite limbs slowly. Use a range that lets you keep control of your lower back.
Practice with care
Choose short, comfortable sets and progress as control improves. Stop for pain. Abdominal hollowing is optional; it does not replace a balanced program. Do not practice breath-holding drills while driving or lifting.
